- My treasured leather jacket...looks FABULOUS!
In late January I brought in a treasured leather jacket to be relined and spot cleaned. Elda helped me. She was excellent, and my jacket looks FABULOUS! So much so that last Saturday I dropped off another leather jacket to get a much-needed cleaning, as well. .... I'll be in to drop off some heavier weight shirts to be laundered and boxed until the fall.
I have absolutely NO compaints about your service or operations in general...I am serious about my clothes, and most of my closet I trust to no one but Margaret's for cleaning. I addition, I appreciate your efforts to reach out to clients. I clearly indicates a dedication to customer service.
