Dear Chuck,

I got your recent letter and wahted to assure you that Margaret's is still my #1 regular cleaner, the only one with whom I entrust our good clothing and furs. We aren't a terribly active user because we go out less than others on "the Ranch" because of my fatigue, and also my clothes don't get heavy wear just by my sitting in a wheelchair.

We've been out of town several times, too. So rest assured you're our favorite dry cleaner, the very best--and Alma is the best cleaning representitive and delivery person we have EVER had! She's efficient, thorough and careful--plus a delight! So rest assured, our business has not moved elsewhere!
