Thanks for your correspondence showing concern for my alleged "M.I.A." presence. I am just that...I'm living in London until April. You are so sweet to miss me...some of my friends and family don't even realize I'm "on the lamb"! The girls at the Rancho Santa Fe store are fabulous, courteous, cheerful and sweet! My only problem is that I'm here and you are there! Your company is the only company I would ever use. The things I brought in came back like brand new. I don't know how you do it, but no one does it like you!! Even here in London, on one compares!! Everyone knows your service and quality care of garments is the safest and best there is. I was in retail for 6 years and sent everyone to you. I had to find someone who could manage the care and cleaning of sheets from Leron Linens in NYC, and thank goodness you knew what you were doing. You got me out of a fix back then!
I have fallen back in love with all my garments you worked on for me, and everything is here with me in London.
You are so sweet to send such a letter o concern. Don't ever change, no one is like you!!!
