If you spot a Missoni sweater at a Kmart price buy it, even if it's a tad too small. Your dry cleaner, bless his heart, may be able to stretch wool (including cashmere) and acrylic at least one and a half sizes through a process called knit blocking, says Chuck Horst, general manager of Margaret's Cleaners in Southern California. For the cost of a dry cleaning, he'll steam, stretch and cool the top until it fits you to a T!
